Not only is David a stellar agent with Visentin Real Estate, but you may have seen him on TV as
co-host of Love It or List It on HGTV and the W Network. His role on the show is to show
homeowners who are on the fence the benefits of listing their current house and moving into
one more suited to their family’s needs.
David likes to say he was born with a ‘SOLD’ sign in his hand, and it’s not far from the truth. He grew up around real estate spending his weekends at the family farm/real estate office learning the business, along with the rest of his siblings. His industry experience, personality and straightforward approach have made him a local and international success.
